Vehicle Venue Access Pass

Please be advised that all exhibitors, stand builders and suppliers who require loading area access to the Palexpo venue for WOC2025 must book an access pass. This includes trucks, vans, or any large vehicles delivering exhibition or stand building materials. Booking is mandatory regardless of whether you are self-unloading or require on-site forklift assistance.

Price per access

Pre-registration for P49 Vehicles online prior to June 21- EURO 95.00

Registration on-site at P49 without pre-registration after June 21 - EURO 165.00

Each pass entitles you to a single entry. Access times are allocated subject to availability and on a first come first served basis. We recommend early booking to ensure availability

Note:

• Access without prior booking will not be permitted and will incur a surcharge when booked onsite.

• Please adhere to all venue guidelines regarding loading times, vehicle size restrictions, and safety procedures.
  

Small cars & Vans:

Small cars or vans up to 2m height may deliver via the venue can park at P12 ( Underground 3 level parking, Palexpo)

Height Restrictions: Cars up to 2m height can only park.

Note: Parking permits can only be purchased through the Palexpo webshop.

STORAGE OF PACKING CASES

Storage of empties can be organised through our logistics partner for the event – Interflow - anderson.marisa@interflow.ie

COURIER

The courier companies are not able to deliver goods directly to the stand at Palexpo, they will only deliver goods to Interflow/ExpoLog’s warehouse, even when at the moment of the booking they said otherwise, drivers will only delivery/collect to/from warehouse and not directly to stands. If your courier company delivery the shipment to Interflow/Expolog warehouse, a handling fee would apply as per official tariff. PLEASE, MAKE SURE THAT COURIER SHIPMENTS ARE SHIPPED UNDER THE INCOTERM DDP (DELIVERED DUTY PAID), ALL SWISS CUSTOMS CHARGES INCLUDING ANY SWISS DUTIES & VAT TO BE CHARGED TO THE SHIPPER. WE DON’T ACCEPT SHIPMENTS UNDER DDU INCOTERM (DELIVERED DUTY UNPAID)
