Ticketing Terms and Conditions 


WOC Visitor & Exhibitor Registration: 

  • Order refunds: Tickets cannot be refunded, exchanged or transferred in any way unless the event has been cancelled or rescheduled.

  • Order cancellation / amendment: Once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled or the number of tickets changed in any way. SCA will aim to accommodate any changes in the ticket type/day chosen where it is possible to do so. Please email worldofcoffee@sca.coffee for further details or to request a change.

  • Name change on tickets: If you require a name change on your tickets, please email: worldofcoffee@sca.coffee

  • Non-receipt of confirmation emails: If you have not received an order confirmation email, please email worldofcoffee@sca.coffee with your name and email address to get the email resent. Ticketed Social Events: No refunds or credits will be given.

*We do consider requests for a refund or credit on a case by case basis for unavoidable circumstances to be determined at the sole discretion of the SCA. Submit your request in writing to worldofcoffee@sca.coffee by 21 June 2019. Allow 45 days for review and processing.
