Thousands ATTEND OPENING DAY

Opening day of World of Coffee Geneva, Europe’s premier coffee trade show, attracted thousands of coffee professionals and enthusiasts to Palexpo SA in Geneva, Switzerland. Attendees from all over the world are gathering to experience the best in coffee innovation, culture, and sustainability, and to participate in networking opportunities that foster community building, commerce, and trade.

Garfield Kerr, President of the Board of Directors of the Specialty Coffee Association, cut the ribbon to officially open World of Coffee Geneva.

Approximately 100 competitors are participating in four World Coffee Championships across the three-day event. Winners will be announced on Saturday, June 28 for:

  • World Coffee in Good Spirits Championship

  • World Cup Tasters Championship

  • Cezve/Ibrik Championship
